Jfc- the enlistment age is still the voluntary joining of the military. Nobody is forcing you to join.
They upped it because the military has had recruitment problems for like 15 years and there are people in their 30s and early 40s that are still perfectly physically capable of military service.
Start worrying when the selective service age goes up.
